Combined Inverell Public School’s P&C Celebrate Together

The inaugural “Rock with Santa” promotion was held last Friday night at the Inverell Town Hall.

Representatives from Macintyre and Inverell High School Parents and Citizens Association organised the event. A large crowd of over 250 danced the night away to the Coffs Harbour band ‘Wall Street’. Special mention should go to Paula Robinson, Ben Campbell, Neil Eigeland, Leanne Mepham and Patti Freeman from Macintyre P & C and Peter Lowe and Sue Fox from Inverell High P & C who worked well as a team to put on a great night.

A number of business houses booked tables as part of their annual Christmas staff parties. All funds raised will go toward supporting the education of our students at the two local High schools.

There were prizes for best dressed, best table, best dancer etc, with Macintyre High School table winning the best decorated table section! (Well done, Deb).

Thank you to the parents, staff and students who attended. A great time was held by all. We look forward to going around again next year.
